We meet every week for regular, planned running sessions, and we welcome you to join us whenever it fits your schedule. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, we offer a flexible, drop-in approach — there’s no pressure, just a supportive community ready to run with you.
In addition to our weekly runs, many of our members organise extra meet ups for longer or more specific runs, and we add these to our calendar regularly. It's a great way to find running buddies, whether you're looking to go a little further or simply run at your own pace.
We also have a Strava group where you can stay connected, track your progress, and share your runs with the rest of the club. It's a fun way to celebrate your achievements, challenge yourself, and see what other members are up to — we love cheering each other on!
